Senior Freight Rail Project Manager - Civil/Track Design 

The Senior Freight Rail Project Manager - Civil/Track Design is a key position that will be based in Omaha, Nebraska and will report into the US West Region Rail Group. This person will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of exciting freight rail design projects with the AECOM rail group with a focus on supporting and growing our Class I, short line and industrial clients. The AECOM office provides upward mobility, opportunities for growth and leadership.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as an AECOM senior project manager on rail projects from planning, preliminary engineering, and final design.Accountable for developing project scope, budget and schedule and lead client contract negotiations.Coordinate, cooperate, and work collaboratively with others team members as well as support business development.Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers and technical engineering staff.Performance at this level requires experience in a professional position and demonstrated experience with the types of tasks that will be required.
